Do you offer international shipping?

No, I only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the Netherland. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I return a book if I don’t like it?

I accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the book is in its original condition. Please contact me to start the return process.

Do you sell e-books or audiobooks?

At the moment, I focus on physical books, but I am exploring options for offering e-books and audiobooks in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I request a book that’s not listed on your website?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact me to cancel or make changes. Once it’s shipped, I unfortunately can’t modify the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

What happens if my book arrives damaged?

If your book arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damage, and I will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
